Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, buying an eSIM or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

Alemo eSIM, operated by ROIZEN GROUP LTD ("we", "us"), lets you buy prepaid mobile data eSIM plans for use abroad. eSIM profiles are provisioned by third-party providers and service is delivered over the networks of local mobile operators.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Device compatibility

You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before buying. We cannot refund purchases made for incompatible or locked devices.

4. Plans, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in USD and may be displayed in your chosen currency for convenience. The amount charged by your card provider may differ slightly due to exchange rates and fees.
• Payment is processed by third-party providers. Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds.
• Data plans are prepaid, have a fixed data allowance and validity period, and expire at the end of that period or when data runs out, whichever comes first. Unused data is not carried over.
• Promo codes, cashback and balance are subject to their own conditions, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn. Balance can only be used in the app.

5. Using your eSIM

• Plans are data-only. Voice and SMS are not included.
• Coverage, speeds and supported networks depend on local operators and are not guaranteed.
• Each eSIM can be installed on one device. Deleting an eSIM from a device may make it impossible to reinstall.
• Tethering/hotspot may be limited on some plans; see the plan description.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse of promotions or referrals, resale without our permission, interfering with networks or the app, or attempting to access systems you are not authorized to access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Referral and affiliate programs

Referral rewards and affiliate commissions are governed by program rules shown in the app, may be limited or reversed (for example upon refunds or abuse), and can be changed at any time.

9. Intellectual property

The app, brand and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service, and are not responsible for network outages, third-party operator restrictions or local regulations on mobile data use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law of the jurisdiction in which ROIZEN GROUP LTD is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
