Delete Your Account

In the app

1. Open Alemo eSIM and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email info@alemoesim.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, sign-in identity, push tokens and preferences.
• Your analytics profile.

What we may keep

• Payment and order records required for tax and accounting law (generally up to 7 years), kept without further use.
• Records needed to prevent fraud or handle open disputes.

Deleting your account forfeits any unused balance and active eSIM plans. This cannot be undone.
